Argentina health alert declared by the discovery of A/H1N1 virus in pigs

The National Agrifood Health and Quality (SENASA) of Argentina said Friday the "health alert" throughout the country for the detection of influenza A/H1N1 in swine.
"We have identified cases of Influenza A in a pig farm in the Province of Buenos Aires, having been confirmed by laboratory tests," the Government to explain the decision. In early July, health authorities said they suspected infection of 2 workers at a pig farm for the infected, but could not verify that humans carrying the virus. The resolution, published in the Official Gazette, establishes the strengthening of control measures, diagnosis, prevention and surveillance of pig herds.
The Argentine authorities confirmed 3056 cases of laboratory sample with human influenza, and presumably could be as high as 100 thousand infected.

The woes of Indonesia Bird Flu

Here is an update on the Bird Flu, today I am going to do Indonesia and there is a person named Gumilar aged 7 and his family had a wedding party. There is also about anywheres from 8 to 30 other people suspect there. This is in Sukabumi, West Java. The other place I am going to mention is in Tangerang, Banten, there is a person who is 22 he is a student and the child of a city officer. He died after about 1 1/2 hours in isolation. Remember these are all suspects and none are confirmed at the time of this writing. Stay Tuned for more.
